There is no such thing as a good Republican. Not in the last 40 years.
But thats the thing... they know. But many of the long-term ones are complicit in letting all of this happen. They are useless centrists that would rather see a fascist win than a real progressive.
And if your choice is to not vote, well, you gave your choice up to the Republicans who would.
There's literally no evidence of center or liberal Democrats backing out when a more Progressive voice is available.
