it feels like leftism is a military where the morale -boosting part is 80% of what we do. what's the point of boosting morale if we're all starving.

I appreciate the intention and the concern. i mean no disrespect. to be honest with you, I don't care about symbolic action anymore have not for years. lived on the street. seen a lot of friends die. all I care about is what creates concrete change. what brings in resources . not just boosts morale

I work with trans people and their families from across the country, all who bring their own unique experiences and backgrounds but share a fundamental demand for their own freedom. How could we bring them all--campus GSAs, direct action collectives, countless families with trans youth--together?

thank you for doing your best to help. I do not mean to paint your work as in-substantial. I do not mean to depict your efforts as shallow. I just think that we have very little time. very little time to counter fascism . and we should not focus on symbolic actions.
