Morning Adam. I really like your blogs, full of helpful top tips. My classes generally have a really good learning environment but there’s always room for improvement and the fine line between understanding when and how to talk and when to work in silence is for me a work in progress. This is great.
Really interesting read, and definitely one that rings true. For me it all comes back to how disruptive a small distraction can be, and how much work it takes to reset student attention afterwards.
Really helpful. Exactly what I do but have sometimes struggled to explain it clearly to others (trainees or people I’ve been giving learning walk feedback to). Will be using this from now on!
