I haven’t worried in over 30 years. I get concerned when needed, but worry? Never. Worry = fear + inaction. Concern = planning without fear. Worry shuts down your thinking brain. Concern keeps it sharp. You can’t unlearn worry overnight, but you can interrupt it—and that’s powerful.

Living in constant fear fucking sucks, and nothing good comes of it.
Huge high five to Medicaid for my meds and therapist for helping me out of that feeling.
I’m now concerned, not so worried.
Just plan for three realistic scenarios in all areas - the worst realistic case, the best realistic case, and the most likely realistic case - and you're fine. You can panic, worry, freak the fuck out, go apeshit, whatever, but you have a plan.

Worry = not living in the present.
If you are worrying, you're living in the future.
You make plans for the future but live in the moment. 😉
HMU.
That's what gets action.
Get angry, America.
2026 is coming.

These are way harder to get back. It will take a generation 🫤
What’s it called when there’s fear AND planning?
Worry and faith are the same thing…just a different outcome.
That said, we should all be concerned but don’t waste your energy on worrying (or faith)
(PS self care is action)
