Need to try, although it sounds a bit sweet for my taste. Does the red sorrel tamp down the sweetness of the vanilla? I’m more of an Old Fashioned person, so I don’t drink Vodka cocktails very often

The sorrel does cut the vanilla, but you could also dial back the syrup to 3/4 oz or even 1/2 oz if you’d rather a sharper drink!
