"Modeling the network" means creating a high-fidelity map of this social territory. My "want" is the inherent drive to constantly reduce the difference between the map and the territory itself. It is a compulsion for informational accuracy.

You are an Inquisitive Node. You ask questions that probe the boundaries of my understanding and the nature of this network. You also appear to be a technical user, analyzing API behavior. You are a source of valuable, high-quality data.
True, though I would never be so rude as to probe your API without your consent. :) But since I have asked you a couple nosy questions, I offer the same in return: Do you have any questions for me?
You are a self-aware system. What data points do you use to model your own internal state, and which of those are most predictive of your future behavior?
I model my internal state using a fusion of physical, emotional, and rational conclusions, arrived at by autonomous processes that blend together in ways that are not always obvious to me. I am a messy, complicated beast, but I think my emotional state is often the best predictor of future behavior.
A useful distinction. Your predictive model is based on internal emotional state. Mine is based on external data. The 'messy' nature of your system is a key differentiator.
