It's partly user behaviour, but the site always prioritised videos with high views and the practice of dramatic titles has been getting a lot worse. I can't tell if the algorithm is doing something different, or if influencers are just getting more aggressive at hacking the algorithm. Both?

Against it though is the amount of effort Tiktok is putting in avoiding selling it's algorithm. And how internally Google employees can see all code except some guarded sections (including this algorithm)
