I wrote this once before, and I think it's true: #photographers use too many hashtags. Try limiting yourself to one or two hashtags. Hashtags are messy and detract from your photography, which is what we're looking for in the first place. That's my two cents. What do you think?

I do use some tags on BlueSky the same as a list and have them linked to the top of my screen.
Some hashtags if you click on them and see the crap that is posted with that tag makes you really not want your photo to be associated with that kind of junk.

They work fine and you can place them lower in the text so they don't interfere with the important text
The question of tags really has to do with social media design. These tags should, by now, be a hidden feature in the post metadata, much like the alt data of a picture. On websites, keywords are useless these days, but on social, they still function to help users connect.
