It's founder is a vicious supporter of violence by the Israeli regime and large part of its pages just repeat very old, out of copyright material.

The founder respects that the site needs to stay neutral. This won't be the case for other owners. Who doesn't use and love Wikipedia?

He's not neutral.
Articles are not neutral, if they go beyond the very basic.
They reflect their sources, those who modify the articles, and moderators who allow or forbid change to them.
I don't love it. I use it as the last option if there's no other option available.
