The other will still be immiserated. And note: there are more of the latter (430,000 by 2030) than the former (370,000)

If Labour had a worked-out plan for genuine reform of NHS, public services, social security, we might tolerate some worse-before-better, but this is just cuts afaics. Only high earners matter, not all citizens.
