Yesss.
God I love this game. I am in envy as a designer of it's ability to make shit work in a vaguely coherent way.
One of my longest running campaigns was in that setting (With some of my own weird additions like what I did with Sisters of Battle).

My addition for my campaign:
Sisters are 'Of Battle' and have a lot of other options (Famulous, Hospitaler etc)
Sidereal Exalted have these 5 groups, including Battles...
Orders Sabine: Mercury
Orders Militant: Mars
Orders Famulus: Venus
Orders Pronatus Jupiter
Orders Hospitaler: Saturn

It let me have 'Sidereal Exalted', 'Adepta Sororitas' *and* 'Sailor Scouts' all as one.
