I think wolfey's videos have the best entertainment and reach to more casual audiences (while he's still the goat player wise, massive list of accomplishments sheesh)
On the less edited but still good content side there's ck49 doing interviews where players will talk about their teams (1/4)

And the more complicated question of what qualifies a person to make content--a lot of the vgc youtubers have *extremely* strong resumes (3/4)
(But back on the original topic, at least archiving everything in one place on youtube would be cool and help a lot)
