The issue isn’t whether he acted rightly or not. It’s about the legitimacy of allowing one person, even the president, to hold such power. Neither Biden nor anyone else in charge should have the authority to do this.

President Biden did correct a judicial error. That was nothing but a witch hunt against Hunter. Plain and simple. I want to see this same fire when Trump pardons the treasonous January 6th terrorists.

Sometimes the judicial system takes a long time to fight wrongs … and with the help of a pardon, it can expedite it…power was taken seriously.
Unfortunately, the incoming administration has been crystal clear about their intent to use the DOJ for political prosecution, so the priority here was limiting their power to do just that.
