Thank you! That was helpful but more on the lines of (and rightfully so, especially considering the comment above) critiquing Poilievre than promoting Carvey, who I hope wins. It really seems like the best thing for Canada (and admittedly selfish; Europe).

Canadian here. PP uses a lot of the same language as Trump but still has a crazy following. He is going down in the polls though. Fingers crossed he doesn’t win. He won’t even get a security clearance.
