Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan moves to dismiss federal criminal case against her for allegedly helping immigrant hide from ICE. Her lawyers say she's protected by official acts and judicial immunity and US Const amend X. Very substantial likelihood that the case will be dismissed, IMHO.

We've had absolute judicial immunity at least since the Civil War.
It has not prevented judges from being prosecuted for "legitimate cases" involving non-official acts: bribes, sex, drugs being the usual ones.
