I think if Arsenal had scored 4 goals and PSG had scored 1, they would have gone through. But Liverpool only scored 1 but so did Arsenal but they had so many injuries and Arsenal played better teams. Unlike Liverpool who were just lucky. No injuries and all their games were at home.
