I went through this for months before I lost my left click entirely and had to break down and buy a new one last week! I feel you!

(I also have to get a big one that fits in my hand just right without pissing off my arthritis, so my options are limited)

Honestly, same. I have issues with pain and nerve issues down my whole right arm and I need one that supports the whole hand. I just don't want to give up my old one 😂 What did you wind up going with?

One that I forgot doesn't support wheel tilt-click, but it's so comfy, I don't care enough to try to find one with it. It still has the gamer buttons.

It's a cheap generic model my oldest prefers, too. It's a TECKNET.

Ooo, thanks. I'll check it out. I don't need too much out of a mouse (especially for my home laptop), just enough to be supportive and comfortable.

These don't last the longest. Maybe a year and a half. Of course, I'm saying that as someone who uses mine several hours a day between writing, digital art, and gaming. Still, I know most of my Logitechs lasted longer. It was only this last one that died even faster.
