As we celebrate #Juneteenth this month (the 160th anniversary of Federal armed forces arriving in Texas in 1865) we must bear in mind with disappointment that POTUS did not send nearly enough troops to enforce the freedom for Black Texans that General Granger announced upon landing in Galveston.
