Weeknight dinners with friends are soup & carbs.

I made tonight’s soup before Xmas for ~$12 & fed guests it twice, & had it myself 3 times.

People love it & I’m social for cheap. They are too!
Rescued soup from the freezer to feed a friend tonight and it went over great, like it has a couple times this winter.

I need to do that a lot more — shamelessly admit we are having freezer soup, make some biscuits. It’s always yummy. And cheap and easy.
