Rescued soup from the freezer to feed a friend tonight and it went over great, like it has a couple times this winter.
I need to do that a lot more — shamelessly admit we are having freezer soup, make some biscuits. It’s always yummy. And cheap and easy.

This soup freezes amazingly; just add some more stock when you reheat it, & it’s nice & happy.
My version is from Burgoo Restaurant in Vancouver, but their trick is drizzling maple syrup over top before serving.
