Might just do small (~2" max) stickers instead of a sheet (sheets scare me idk), and look into making flake/paper stickers. Might be impossible due to tariffs but who knows.

Jiffy started doing printing services (stickers, transfers, shirts) if you wanted to order a batch to sell on like an etsy front
But that doesnt get you like redbubble/teespring type made-to-order and distribution
