Please everyone on this thread saying she is weak or whatever, please watch @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com piece on this topic. It’s more complicated than just a decision. Be informed before you rant. It makes us look just as uninformed as them. Don’t fall for the trap.
Gov. Hochul showed why the Democrats are failing the test of stopping the rise of Autocracy. The decision in front of her required boldness, and she showed she lacked it. Democrats have got to get stronger and bolder. They are fighting a devlish gangster crowd in the WH.
She doesn't have that power. She can serve as prosecutor, judge and jury, and can rule to oust him, but he can appeal to supreme court, which could take years. His term is up in June. The voters can just him, though.

Please link; thank you.
Hakeem Jeffries was a corporate lawyer before office, and Danielle Sassoon had the case in front of HER.
A lawyer is not going to say they know if they don't have the evidence in front of them.
I don't like it, but it's the way lawyers talk.🤷♀️
When will it end?
BUT, does NYC have no recall for a mayor? The people who voted should be able to remove him.
