Anything organic fixes Carbon for a period of time. For plants this Carbon comes from CO2 in the air, or in the soil. The increased amount of CO2 in the air has resulted in an increase in the number of plants & in rate of growth, in habitats where there is a surplus of necessary growth factors.
You need 2 trillion trees planted per year to offset carbon emissions. I'm not saying we should support Elon and his lie (he won't pay out) but we need to cut carbon emissions.
Duh.
It's called photosynthesis, plants do it.
Gimme my millions!
Oh, a "rocket company CEO" doesn't know what photosynthesis is..??
That explains the expensive fireworks, no?

2) There are lots of carbon capture technologies.
3) Trees actually do a shit job of it at scale, as they only absorb about 20% of the carbon we release annually.
Not. Productive.
