Oh no, what you’re doing can lead to it. At one point I was doing pole dancing while rollerskate dancing daily for 2-3 hours then queer ballroom working on vogue femme with duck walk/dips.
After two intense vf workshops my legs honestly gave up and I had to scale back for a couple weeks to recover
Honestly not sure how you're surviving I think I strained my knee rock climbing a few weeks back and if I'm even slightly too rough on it I start feeling it again.
Why human knees start doing this in one's 30s I do not know but I do not approve.
i think i've said it in your mentions before but STRONGLY recommend checking out doxycycline or a similar non-antibiotic anti-inflammatory (if you have gut issues that would make doxy a bad idea)
my understanding is most people don't actually have joint issues that young
Ha fair, and I *do* have ADHD, but I *hope* anyway that the knee struggle is just that I pushed it a little too hard climbing and I just need to give it more rest than I do (it didn't help crawling on my knees through playstructures with my kids)
