If you need wheels you’re better off buying a separate sack truck from a DIY shop. The built-in wheels on cases are usually poor quality and the first thing to break. A decent foldable sack truck with larger wheels will last longer and cope with steps and kerbs much better.

I use a hikers backpack - tons of pockets, lightweight, not too expensive, can attach to a wheelchair and usually also comes with a handle at the top and side too so you can carry it like a suitcase.
