ππ I could feel history making itself so was resigned to the result. Good on em - we didnt really show up, and after the decade we've enjoyed i'm feeling generous π #FACup #ManCity

I wasnβt confident going into it and to be honest outright tried to talk hookid out of going (right smack bang in the middle of his end of year exams) but blues are blues and all that! Iβm a little sad KDB has no high to leave on but it has to end somewhere.
π He has to learn the ways of the true blues π€·ββοΈ It will have to end. But we've had an truly incredible, unbelievable run. I'm so glad my poor dad has got to see it all as neither he nor we could have imagined all that's happened since all those years of maine road disappointment π KDB will be ok π
He can hack it β¦he also supports Doncaster Rovers and Wakefield AFC . Itβs not all been prawn sandwiches π Yeah itβs been such a ride for the legacy blues. I donβt think Iβd have believed you sat at an away game in Swindon Iβll be honest!
Not travelling from Manchester in a non-existent car I wouldnt! My cousin lived the dream for me when we dropped down twice. Him & his mates did every away game and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You can do whatever you want with good health & decent wages though π
That is so true! We had a very lucky existence in the 90βs I will admit thatβ¦one benefit of living in a forgotten mining town back then was cheaper living costs. And a slightly cavalier attitude to priorities. It come to an abrupt end with parenthood. But health is one you cannot choose π
Can you imagine the cost of all that petrol now? π€ͺπ€― Just as well we got relegated when we did, when fans weren't being fleeced on gas/leccy/water/mortgages/rent/bills/food etc. Travelling support in particular dies if no one can afford it - hence the campaigns against football teams right now π‘
