Has anyone said what actual recourse the USIP staff and board have? Do they have physical control of the office now? With a new security company? Control of funds? Control of USIP data and computer systems?

No doubt they can sue in the Court of Claims for damages but that will last until 2030.

The decision is masterful. Every time Judge Howell pointed out the decisions to fire people, replace board members, and cease assets were unlawful acts, it made me smile from ear to ear. I sincerely hope it holds on appeal. Even as a non lawyer, it seems a clear solid decision.
