My wife was diagnosed in 2020 as a result of our daughter first being diagnosed. My wife has made scribbles, notes, and lists *everywhere* for longer than I've known her. And the perpetual cycling through new day planners that she'd say were finally going to get her organized but never did.
It's funny, I think she always used hers. There would be a process of copying every random note and scrap of paper into something in the planner, along with everything from the old planner. And that would begin the process of the new planner slowly failing her until new planner was purchased.
