Now, they say don't go to sleep angry, but that puts WAY to much pressure on people to try to fix things just to get them done and out of the way. You do NOT have to fix everything before bed the same day whatever happened, happened. ~1~

You do however need to at least acknowledge the issue with the other person, and set a time to talk about it. Even if you do talk about it and fix it, that doesn't mean you can't still be angry, anger is an emotion, and emotions are meant to be felt. ~2~
