I love AOC. I think she's fantastic. I think she should be president. But the dismal fact is that in this country, she cannot be. Because 20% of the people will never vote for a woman even if her opponent is literally Hitler. Democrats - I am begging you - do not make this mistake a third time.

The key difference I see is how she'd respond to online smear campaigns.
Like she said herself, her LoL background dealing with inting ragers will stand her in very good stead and she'll have much better comebacks.
I think its more a policy/culture issue than a gender issue? Democrats forgot about appealing to blue collar voters.
Is it really misogyny that is the problem or establishment and silencing the internal diverse voices? (Like banning pro-Palestinian speakers from conventions)
Many people were excited about Kamala but then changed their minds hearing her talk about issues.
A lot of folks believe she is some wild communist.
I don't think a "safe" candidate will change anything for the better.
Most of the Dems in congress that could put up a presidential campaign are already bought and paid for by corporations. Same for most of the governors.
Raw votes only. Paper counting, no computers.
Need to make some sort of "Easily fails for bullshit/propaganda" test, to remove such people from eligible voters.
Only ages 18-80 should be able to vote.
Voting mandatory or large fines.
Both Hillary and Kamala were solidly establishment. They made risk-averse choices at key junctures, from slogans to media strategies. No vision.
AOC has no fear. AOC is anti-establishment. She’s got clear vision.
