Captured some PS Triple today and, man, even though it runs like butt, Sonic Unleashed looks stunning on those old machines. Really far ahead of a lot of games released during that era.

such a weird version, different color tone, different day/night transition screen, unlocked framerate instead of locked to 30.
I really wonder how either of these decisions were made during development.
there were games on PS3 that were better played as download versions due to the slow bluray read speeds.
like Mirror's Edge has excruciatingly long load times and texture pop-in on disc, which was both fixed by playing the digital version
Gives quite the boost in some titles since 7th gen games need all the power they can get.

I started just using my hdmi recorder box for audio, but then I moved to optical out to minidisc before learning thereβs optical out (and in) to USB so now I get much higher quality sound

Even as a demo it looks good. But itβs a short demo that doesnβt have any werehog in it! Good music tho!
