I've not really used any handhelds since like GBA but I got my steam deck about a year ago and while I don't use it too often, it's suuuuch a good little machine when I do

also I got the OLED version and it's my first OLED screen and now when I have to use anything else I cry

Mmmm...my vote still goes to the Sega Nomad. Took the full-sized Genesis carts, and you could hook it up to your TV.

The thing DEVOURED C batteries, though. Had to have the AC adapter to play for any length of time.

I made a small business out of buying these broken, 10 or so at a time, frankensteining together working parts, and selling fully funtioning ones on eBay. *sigh*... Back when I had more free time!
