Not in AZ, but I had that ordeal you spoke of getting hung up on after 3.5 hours on hold, missing web info, and all 3 login methods crashing to "bad gateway" on 2 dif browsers, 2 dif computers, so definitely all crashed at SSA end. My local office came through tho, this time. @azagmayes.bsky.social
