I would be unsurprised if that turns out to be 1 or 2 people in total.
Most folk I've talked to who have bought one or are buying one are sorting out charging options first.
I'm in Wollongong and talk to folk about charging issues all the time (even bigger issue in the suburbs).
I suspect the marketing folk prefer simple messaging over accuracy and detail.
(Big surprise to all).
