Might need to stream with someone who can notify me of questions and stuff, but I'm not sure whom since I stream at weird hours, and I don't have a set schedule yet.

I'd say Mod some folks who you trust and have them help with filtering questions. I say a few only to help cover yout time schedule, and the fact you're not consistent.
If you do it on twitch, I think you can add commands on chat that would allow for stuff like having a text to speech program read the questions out loud for you, idk if other platforms work the same
Obviously you'd have to take the necessary measures to avoid spam or other problematic stuff
I think you could check if there's ways to filter certain words or phrases that are common to spam messages like cr/pto bs, slurs and other offensive terms, etc.
Could also just be a function that plays an alarm sound for you to check the chat and see if someone has a question for you to answer and well... Maybe be strict on its usage and like... Warn people before they misuse it and if they do so, ban them
My husband streams and has a little function that keeps a counter whenever he hiccups (he has chronic hiccups) and adds to the counter when people type !hic, so I know it IS possible to do something like that
That or you could make asking questions a channel points redeem, perhaps like 100 points so it's not hard to get to, and then you could just set an alert whenever that redeem is used.
You can also set up a bot that reads your chat for you, and also put slow mode to the chat so you don't get spam, I've seen that works for lots of ppl c:
Hey now, you're worrying about this too much bud. Believe me, streamers miss questions all the time, youre doing your best and I promise you people do understand. *pats* you're doing great.
You could set up a channel point redeem with a reasonable cooldown that gives you a little notification (or set up a text-to-speech bot to read it out loud to you). This should also leave the question in your point redeems in case you miss it and want to read it later.
