In the last week, two major speeches by DOJ AAG Gail Slater & Mark Meador FTC set out the vision for conservative, "America First" antitrust enforcement principles & practice in their mandate. Together with earlier speeches by FTC Chair A Ferguson, these lay out the foundations of “MAGA antitrust”.

Lots of scholarly content in both. Of course only time will tell how these will play out, but remarkable contributions.
