Honestly I do feel like unfortunately it's been long enough there is no easy answer. A secular single state and adequate reparations for Palestinians, who should be allowed to move back, are probably the best result (though even that feels super unlikely).
Israel was created with the purpose of being a religious ethno state, something that cannot be done without ethnic cleansing. It was wrong when Germany did it, it's wrong for Israel too. Its very existence is rooted in this purpose and therefore should not exist.
The idea that no religious ethno state should exist, being equated to genocide is simply irrational; ridding the world of Nazi's didn't require the eradication of the German people. It is especially irrational when it's the country we say shouldn't exist that is currently committing genocide.
Agreed, the Balfour Declaration and subsequent external intervention to move Jews into Palestine was not very good, morally and ethically. That was a century ago.
Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer for that. Like someone else said, we could move them back into western countries, but that could potentially cause more problems than what it fixes. The best I can say, at the moment, is nowhere.
