Cultaholic is the kind of place that'll give you a clickbait headline and then if you actually read the article feed you 5 paragraphs of irrelevant background info sandwiched between 3 ads before the last paragraph says "anyway the answer to the question posed by the headline is no."
It’s legitimately shocking that people still put any stock in an outfit comprised of a dozen nearly identical bearded white guys who don’t even care enough about wrestling to pronounce wrestlers’ names correctly.
If aggregate sites didn't exist, and more folks just had to chip in a few bucks a month for legitimate and worthwhile wrestling news, would the entire wrestling industry be better off overall?
As soon as I got hired at ComicBook I resubscribed to Select for this reason. I know a few of us had subscriptions but I keep mine active because I love supporting the good work all of you do 🤍
Tbh in this situation they are doing a favor for people like me who are too poor to support anyone but myself. They did credit you guys. I'd understand the bitterness if they didnt.
It takes little effort to follow Sean and Fightful, and thus be able to repost what they report directly. It actually saves time when writing the summary, if anything. You're doing *more* work rewriting everything. Why make it harder than it has to be?
