Now, if the judges were more concerned with keeping violent criminals in jail until courts have finished with them, & Maybe Actually Hand Down the most serious penalties for the crimes, it may make a dent. Very rarely does Any judge hand down the most serious penalty. That needs to change.

Keeping them in jail until trial would go a long way to cutting down on the recommitting of crimes. Once found guilty, lock them up, long time. That works, but none think they'll get caught, so a deterrent? No, but an F.O. part of F.A.F.O? Yes.

There are many cases where they keep ppl in jail until trial, but when the time In jai9l appears it's going to be longer than the sentence, judges use discretion, & allow bail. There's been too many let back out, reoffended & caught again, doing the same things. How many chances must we give them?

That all comes down to Section 11 (e) not to be denied reasonable bail without just cause;

The narrative of "too many being let out..." is the LIE you have been led to follow.
Judges take into account the nature of the crime (violent?) and past history. You'll find hundreds in remand awaiting trial
