Newsom is right, he needs to de escalate by ordering the CHP to shut down all freeway offramps to the City of Paramount. Further, the Sheriffs Dept needs to block all streets adjacent to the offramps and keep the Guard from all City street access. All adjacent Cities need to send their officers too
