Veterans should not have to remind us of their importance to the country and its history. However the POTUS, who is supposed to be the commander in chief, mocks the military and its veterans but is happy to salute Saudi generals. It's despicable. Why aren't more Americans calling him out?

Anyone willing to risk their lives to defend someone else is a hero. The number of the people in the military I believe would do that is disturbingly small.

Instead of blessings and thanking my for my service I would ask instead a hour or three of your time per week as a volunteer. Wife and I do a lot of volunteer work and all organizations are in desperate need of volunteers. I mentor 5 boys of single moms. https://www.bbbs.org/
This could be America's Tiananmen Square except with veterans instead of uni students. No need for violence not that Trump wouldn't want it. But it would be the perfect opportunity to embarrass the toddler in chief.
The person who told this man that was a draft dodger, who crashed the military's 250th birthday parade by taking it over making it bigger & upping the cost to $90M+ for HIS birthday and wishes to be buried in Arlington.
