Regarding aid to Ukraine, it's harder to know because, for political reasons (the government needs the support of a party that believes colorful unicorns are real), it doesn't make it public. For example: the news always mentions 10 Leopard, but we've sent 29.

Ok, thank you for the clarification, yet there is a clear gradient from east to west when it comes to help for Ukraine, as can be seen here:

And 19 Leopard 1 are not making up for that. There is clearly no political will to go to 5% military spending, either.
And I get it, somehow you can understand why Americans want to stop defending Europe when some Europeans call russia merely a „hybrid threat“ (see my linked AP article, Spanish PM)
