The FBI director flew this government plane (or one just like it), possibly from Las Vegas, where he still lives, to see a hockey game in Long Island.

While we now have a Department for Regulation in New Zealand, I don't believe they've got around to looking at the use of RNZAF planes for shuttling American dignitaries around.
