So they can replace the migrant workers with Black folk because to them “Black jobs” were always meant to be the physically stressful low paying jobs that they used to exploit migrant workers.

DEI getting dismantled means Black people don't get jobs that allow them to be other than lower class, because before DEI it was the case, structural barriers prevented it for all but a few who broke though. So we return to our Black community institutions because we're shut out of the white world.
