The father of capitalism says that’s a horrible idea to privatize the post office because there is no competition and therefore they could then over charge you for shoddy service which is the plan. He also said pay your taxes, the wealthy should pay a higher tax rate and pay your workers well.

Personally I'm fine with them killing off the USPS. It mostly will hurt Rural red counties that voted for Trump. Out here in the suburbs, most of what I get from the USPS is junk mail.

NGL I don't understand why we still need a postal service in 2025. Everything but packages should be sent electronically to minimize environmental impact, and we have other options for packages.

But, I'm open to hearing other ideas on this.
