FYI. This is a bad for democracy thing. The dismissal was a good for democracy thing. It's regarding not counting legal mail in ballots that come in after election day, but are postmarked or certified on or before delivery.

Republicans control the USPS and have intentionally slowed mail service. This is another attempt to suppress the vote by not allowing ballots to be counted when the mail service doesn't deliver ballots in a timely manner. When a voter mails within guidelines that ballot MUST be counted. To do other
