If we're doing Poke boxing, my guy GOTTA join! If we're talking punch-out style, a wag of that big tail to distract Zeph and then a fierce right cross to the snout to put him on the canvas!
Basil and Zephyr would go toe to toe with eachother all 12 Rounds!! Basil being one with immense Stamina and Endurance, triumphs over Zephyr in Round 12 with a stiff but heavy straight right to the snout sending the big dragon reeling to the canvas!
If it's boxing, then I'd say it'd be close, but after some hooks to the head, he'd throw an uppercut to the body and Zephyr would be on the canvas.

Can see this fight with Zephyr to be pretty even, with both bruised and batter but Berry can land one heavy uppercut of the belly leaving him stunned for a heavy onslaught and then knocking him out cold!
And frankly I don't mind WHO wins, so long as it's a fight where blows to the gut are traded aplenty, to the point the abs show plenty of bruises and they are heavily exhausted, giving a satisfying finish.
It consists of the last round, I give him a strong right uppercut to Zephyr's belly and knock out his mouthguard, causing a K.O.

But wanna see Incineroar(with using Bulk up) fighting against him with boxing gloves..!
Incineroar trades some punch with Zephyr, but after punched in body Incineroar is stunned, getting hit a lot, and eventually knocked out by finishing bodyblow!

It would definetly be a close fight, maybe Zephyr would have the advantage during the first few rounds, but Laz would turn things around once he mega evolves, managing to get the victory in the end >:3
