In class we play cool and fun music to get into the mood, have teams of people to make sure we look good, but end of the day no matter what we all had it inside us, it just needed effort to channel outwards.

I wish I would’ve taken this more to heart growing up I’m in my late 20’s but thanks to therapy and friends I’m taking more time for trying to become someone who loves themselves just as much as they love and celebrate others!
