Just saw on its NBC affialate it's a confirmed tornado. I have family in Ballwin, a west suburb. I'm in the second to highest threat area today. Little nervous.

The winds where I was near I-255 were insane. I lived in DFW for years and not once did we have a good pds warning. Dad said St. Louis is far more tornado prone than the metroplex and I’m sort of in agreement.

This morning at 12:45 am, tornado sirens were blaring in my area as the skies lit up with lightning, rain barreled down & thunder was so loud, my cat hid. Now at 5:44 pm it’s blue skies, sunshine & a nice breeze.
