it's the scallion cream cheese on its own without protein + toasting when if it's a proper bagel shop the bagel doesn't need to be warmed up because it's so fresh.

I lived in Manhattan for four years, so I do have some expertise here.

And it's a multigrain everything with plain cream cheese, lox, tomato, red onion, and capers. Ess-A does the best version of this.

I make my own really good bagels and I will toast them when they're fresh, that bit of crispness around the edges makes it so much better! I'll take mine with plain CC, capers, red onions, smoked Herring.
