It's WILD that she's not (technically) defending him, but arguing that he might've raped someone, but if he did, he wasn't THAT brutal and being "dramatic" is somehow worse.

Imagine 'to be fair'-ing someone that it wasn't surgically removed (it was), but a physician did have to remove it for her.
